Configure TCP/IP Windows XP
Ethernet cards using a static IP
assignment |
| |
Access the
Network Properties inside the control panel
|
 |
| |
Then right
click on the LAN Icon and go to its properties which shows the NIC or
Ethernet card settings. There should only be one of these,
as we only support 1 NIC in a computer. |
| |
 |
| |
Then go to
the TCP/IP Properties Window and configure it with the static IP assignment.
Be sure you click the "OK" button on the bottom of both open network
windows.
|
 |
| |
Then ensure the LAN icon shows "enabled" and it does not have a red X on it.
